Tried Sinley Chinese for the first time after hearing it was celiac approved. There’s a large selection of gluten free options available and I was able to have curry sauce and salted chilli chicken which was a first for me since being gluten free. The staff were really helpful, both on the phone and in person. The food was amazing and I will definitely be back. Well worth the half hour drive each way.

I had such a positive experience here at sinley and traveled an hour to have safe food. The care and dedication shown by the whole team to make sure my daughter could safely eat food that was gluten-, dairy-, and rice-free was unbelievable. The questions that were asked and the way everything was handled completely removed the usual anxiety and fear of her having a reaction. It meant I could actually relax and enjoy my own meal too, which is something that doesn’t happen often when eating out. What really stood out was how well communicated everything was from front of house through to the kitchen. Everyone was aware of our allergies, and that level of understanding and teamwork made us feel genuinely safe and cared for. We also thought the idea of piloting the star card for people with allergies is brilliant and has so much potential. I really hope it’s a success, as it could make such a difference for families like ours. Please pass on our thanks to the entire team at Sinley it truly meant a lot to us. I most definitely will be back in the future ❤️😁

Love this Chinese takeaway run by family and the staffs are super lovely, we love their gluten free options as well some Creative dishes like Ribs in Korean style so delicious! Salted chilli and the curry which is gluten free it’s amazing, you need to try it

*Coeliac review* I cannot recommend this take away enough to anyone with Coeliac disease. 10/10. Its been more than 5 years since I last had a proper Chinese take away. I prepare 90% of my own food out of fear of cross contamination, but recreating gluten free Chinese dishes are something I've always struggled with. Thankfully that's not a concern of mine anymore as I found this absolute gem of a Chinese take away!! The staff were all so lovely, I informed them I was coeliac before I ordered. The girls working the front desk were very well informed on the matter and showed me all the options available. Then I told them I was making a large order to bring home for the next couple of days; The chef himself came out and discussed all of my order with me. Talk about above and beyond service, offering to keep the battered food separate from the sauces, going over which items were best suited to reheating etc. To top it all off, when the chef spotted something on my order that wasn't actually available on the gluten free menu, he offered to cook it for me anyway. I'm so honoured to be the first customer to try Chef Jeremy's gluten free satay chicken! They were DELICIOUS!! In the end I went home with all my favourite chinese dishes and ate so much I almost passed out. If you're coeliac and craving some good Chinese food, Sinley is the place to go! Great service, great food and most importantly SAFE for ceoliacs.
