I stumbled upon this cute little gluten free pasta shop while waiting to get my hair done . It’s homemade gluten-free pasta. It’s cooked perfectly. I had a pasta Bolognese, which was delicious. And I noticed that they didn’t use any plastic products in the entire restaurant. It is very small so I was lucky because it was just me and I could sit at the counter. But, I recommend making a reservation or being prepared to wait . It’s worth it !

GLUTENFREE PARADIES: We had lunch at Pasta Balboa today and this was the best pasta in a long time and a great salad as a starter. We loved it and will definitely come back. The atmosphere is cosy and the service just lovely. So if you look for some yummy glutenfree pasta, you should go there!!

100% glutin free... amazing and tasty food prepared fresh to eat. The romain salad... yum... ordered gnocchi w pesto and the vodka sauce Brooklyn... it was all super yummy and the staff was friendly and helpful. We almost ordered 3 pastas... but she said it would be too much and she was right. Even with 2 we have plenty to take home for tomorrow. If glutin free matters to you... you'll want to visit Pasta Balboa!!!
