For anyone reading, I suggest you avoid this place like a plague and do not let it ruin your time in Paris. Leaving my third review, because I am amazed by how pathetic the managers are responding to my previous reviews. To my first review, they replied with lies, that we were some gluttons who demanded more food, and were not satisfied with portions. After that I left my second review, to which they replied with concerns, and offered to contact them in private to resolve the issue. After I contacted them in instagram, they edited their response here to this and replied to my message with the same text: "We served 60 ribeye steaks that evening and did not receive any other negative feedback. However, we understand that a steak may not always meet everyone's personal taste or expectations. That is why, as a commercial gesture, we chose to offer you your ribeye steak free of charge. We would also like to point out that our ribeye steaks are sourced from France and are delivered vacuum-sealed, in full compliance with quality, traceability, and food preservation standards. We wish you a pleasant day." The issue wasn't that it did not meet our personal expectations, the issue was that it was clearly spoiled, which was confirmed by your own server. Even if you have such high standards (which I doubt), could it be that the steak we received was improperly stored, or sealed? And you did not offer us it for free, we had to demand it. 1. If you want to resolve the situation why are offering to contact you in private and then repeat the same story? 2. Why are you lying about us demanding food for free, and why are you lying about that server did not confirm that food was spoiled? 3. Why are you editing you responses pathetically? Edit: they are ignoring my messages now😂 I can clearly see that they have read it, but they are not responding.

Leckeres Essen, wunderbarer Service. Ich bin glutenfrei und meine Mutter ist milchfrei und sie waren sehr entgegenkommend für unsere Bedürfnisse. Ich habe das Lamm, meine Kinder die Burger und meine Mutter den Seebarsch. Es war alles sehr lecker!
