Hello everyone! I know the ice cream shop "Giuraf" very well as my friends always go there. Every time I visit and ask for gluten-free ice cream and order the "cup", they consistently do not change the scoop for the ice cream, and when I politely ask to use another scoop, they laugh in my face telling me that the cup is made of paper, therefore it is gluten-free. I am very sorry about this situation that arises due to the staff's lack of adequate knowledge about celiac disease, which is rather presumptuous. Have a good day!! :) :)
