The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten and there were multiple gluten free options. The food arrived very quickly and the portions were generous. The taste of the food was just okay.

Finding an Indian restaurant so close to our hotel was something we did not expect at all! We were staying at the Hotel Henriette, and they provided us with a list of recommendations, and there was 'Singh'. I cross-checked with Google, and they had good reviews, so we went for dinner there on our first day in Paris. Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere... the staff was wonderful! The restaurant is a cozy place, nothing fancy, but the people are a true gem. The food took us back to India: it was simple and delicious (without extra oil or spices). I had aloo palak, roti, rice, and soy curry, and my husband had rice and chicken curry. On their advice, we also took the kheer that my husband had (since I am lactose intolerant). I want to thank the staff once again for making us feel so comfortable. I clarified my doubts about the Paris strike the next day, and they reassured us that there would be no problems for tourists. They were so good-natured and friendly; it felt like a family dining experience.
