Creperie at the foot of the Sacred Heart, really small and cold. Unfortunately, my daughter wasn't feeling well, despite it being stated that it's gluten-free... I believe it is due to contamination from the products and tools used.

A small place at the foot of Montmartre that offers crepes and galettes, the latter made from buckwheat, so gluten-free. Unfortunately, despite the goodness of the food consumed (the galettes were really good), I cannot recommend it to celiacs because, in response to my question about the griddle used to cook both dishes, the owner confirms that he uses a single griddle and claims: at high temperatures, everything is killed, even gluten (...) .... complete incompetence regarding celiac disease and contamination.
