Incredible gluten-free waffles!! Super delicious, they are so light that you would want to eat at least 3 at once, I’m not joking 😇 There is both a menu and the option to choose various toppings and make your personalized waffle. There is no seating inside, but at the back, there is a small courtyard with a wonderful river view! The girls were very nice, and the price is really honest. Everything is gluten-free and lactose-free, rating 10/10 highly recommended!!

I appreciated everything, the warm and soft waffle dough, the kindness of the staff, the lovely position above the river. I am happy that all the ingredients are gluten-free, the dough is made with oat flour and all the toppings are also gluten-free. There are few places to taste the dishes and this is the only weak point. The prices are in line with others in Bruges, it is a bit of an expensive city.

Nice little place that makes gluten-free and lactose-free waffles. I tried the classic waffle with dark chocolate (seriously dark) and it was very good. Sure, the cost is high (over €5 for this waffle) and more than €10 for a slightly more complete waffle. But I think it's in line with the prices in Brugge. Beautiful little terrace outside that offers a view of the canal and the bridge. One star less for the lack of a toilet in the establishment.

Gluten-free waffles for celiacs: a wonderful surprise!!!! All products are gluten and lactose-free suitable for everyone and especially for celiac people. The waffles are delicious, the best between Brussels and Bruges. Definitely a stop to make. The place is lovely, clean, well-kept, located over the river, making it also characteristic. Clean premises and friendly staff. There are 4/5 types of already composed waffles with proposed fillings, but if you want, you can choose to garnish it as you like with banana, chocolate, cream, ice cream (vanilla, pistachio, and another flavor that I can't remember), caramel sauce, etc... Absolutely normal prices. A wonderful opportunity for celiacs.

Great waffles, and they are always gluten-free, so it's an excellent place for celiacs! There are some basic suggestions already provided, otherwise you can create your waffle as you like by adding cream, ice cream, etc.
