very good and fresh products. I ordered and then picked up a kilogram of bread; warm, fragrant, and very soft, there is absolutely no difference compared to gluten bread. I wanted to try the exposed slice pizza, also really good, and four cookies with pistachio cream. very professional and well-equipped.

Great place and food, as soon as you enter you are overwhelmed by a smell that I can't explain, it's one of the safest places I know, both sweet and savory are delicious.

It is a bakery that offers products only gluten-free. It is quite well-stocked, although for some items, advance booking is required. I bought a sandwich and a flatbread, which were filled for me, a small pizza, and some cookies. Everything was very good and the prices were very fair.

Small laboratory where sweet and savory products are all gluten-free. We tasted fabulous arancini, excellent savory stuffed pastries, and for desserts, muffins and apple pie, all high-quality products. Friendly and nice managers. It's a pity there isn't space for consumption on site, but a few steps away, across the street, there is a pastry bar where the very kind and friendly managers allow you to have breakfast with the products purchased from Gluten Bon. The pastry shop, with ample outdoor space, does not offer gluten-free options. However, it does offer excellent typical sweets and savory varieties for a quick snack or lunch.

If you want to taste gluten-free products, I recommend Glutenbon in Favara, which is easy to reach. Inside the store, you will find a bakery that is exclusively GLUTEN free. They offer excellent gluten-free products with many varieties, from sweets to savory items, not to mention the super welcoming staff!

I can't believe I've been eating delicious gluten-free dishes from Gluten Bon for over 5 years and only just now left a review! Leonardo and his family are the sweetest people and they prepare the best gluten-free dishes, both sweet and savory. My absolute favorite savory dishes are the arancine, mignolate, and panelle. As for desserts, there are so many cakes and cookies to choose from. I particularly love the apple pie and the Pasta Elena. Don't forget to also grab some fresh gluten-free bread!

Fantastic place, the place where I finally could eat incredibly well gluten-free in Sicily. Delicious gluten-free baked goods, friendly staff, highly recommended and worth returning!

Great bakery for pizza, bread, calzones, and gluten-free cookies. I think they also make cake. Delicious! We were told that the hours are from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM and from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
