This place is a Gluten Free pastry shop that has been operational for two years. The environment is a bit small but welcoming. The customer service is excellent; the girls are kind and professional. The food is of excellent quality. Nothing really to complain about. Everything is delicious. The only downside is the lack of information about the products; the ingredients are not visible and there are no specifications on the drinks. The display is a bit lacking in products. They could do better. It’s a shame because the place deserves it.

Exceptional place! My daughter is the happiest little girl in the world when we go there, we always bring back a nice haul of fresh products to store for the week! Not to mention the availability of the girls!

I love this place... The bread 🥐🥐🥐🥐🥐 Deffently in top of the to 5 ind the world I have been at.... We had breakfast here, and the service was so kind and the place so cozy. The product is really good. We also toke a break with us home for dinner that night 👍👍👍👍👍 and cake 🍰 and Crissa for the freezer. So... I have no idea have we ended in this little time on our drive around. But this place deffently made it worth it. I will come back if I'm near.

I have now spent 8 years vacationing in Abruzzo, and this year I discovered MI-Lab Gluten Free. It is undoubtedly the best gluten-free pastry/bakery I have ever tried. The bomboloni are outrageous, the best I've ever tasted; the croissants are really soft and well-risen, and the chocolate tart is phenomenal. I also tried the fresh and dry pastries, and they deserve 5 stars; truly exceptional and always fresh. The bread is excellent too. The pizza/focaccia is very good, but the sweets and bread are on another level (personal taste). Prices are very good relative to the quality and compared to the prices I usually find in Turin. The staff is kind and helpful. All the pastries and brioche are excellent, but the cream bombolone is super and enchanted me... Thank you and congratulations on your work.

Well, what can I say... eleven years of celiac disease and I’m back to eating something so good, almost like a gluten-filled croissant 🤪 I’ve been to many pastry shops, even in Milan, but truly nothing compares. They are such passionate and kind girls, ready to excellently fulfill our wishes 😍
