The patty melt on gluten-free Texas toast was so good. The Blackberry Mint Lemonade was amazing: not too sweet, not too sour!

My husband and I come regularly and always have an amazing experience, especially when we get Jerry as our server. His service is top tier. He’s quick to greet us and has great timing throughout the meal. Such an excellent, knowledgeable server. Not to mention their accommodation to celiac disease is great. They can do most if not all the burgers gluten free and their fries are in a safe fryer (both crinkle and sweet)! GF is hit or miss and it’s most definitely a hit here. Glad to have found such a gem!!

We went there with high expectations after watching the YouTube videos "What are we eating today" by Giano and Francesca. Excellent hamburgers, super fast service, exceptional quality price. The fries were also very good, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We ordered a 5 napkins hamburger asking for it without cheese. Juicy meat, cooked to perfection (super tasty) and an avocado burger (unfortunately due to our mistake) ordering it wrong in this case, because the menu clearly indicated pepper jack in the ingredients, which we understood as a type of peppers or salami, while it is actually a pepper cheese. Noticing that we didn't want cheese in the sandwich due to lactose intolerance, the waiter was very kind and asked the kitchen to make it again at no charge. In Italy, who knows if it would have gone that way. Definitely worth returning.

Great place in NY for hamburgers and sandwiches. The meat is cooked perfectly and the fries are also excellent, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside without any burnt spots; perfect. Additionally, the staff is efficient and helpful, very attentive to intolerances and allergies. Good atmosphere and comfortable seating.

Very nice place for gourmet hamburgers. Extremely attentive to allergy and intolerance notifications (something I haven't often encountered in NY). Extremely kind waiters.
