I went with my family for 3 days to La Spezia and we stopped at this place to try their typical food, namely panigacci. I can only speak well of WOW; they have exemplary customer attention, especially towards celiacs (for whom they prepare panigacci separately with rice flour). The service is excellent, their kindness is by the book... The food quality is excellent, as are the panigacci (make sure to try the CHIODO as a side, a typical ragù)... And what to say about the finale? The coffee with the Moka, a surprise that made me end dinner with a smile. For me, WOW gets a 10 with honors.

Great place to try typical panigacci (even gluten-free!) accompanied by cured meats, cheeses, and even pesto. With gluten-free panigacci available, they are also prepared for those with celiac disease, which is not at all a given. Atmosphere with pleasant background music and very kind and helpful service. Definitely worth coming back!

We really wanted panigacci and we tried Wow panigacci. I must say that I am celiac and was worried that I wouldn't be able to eat there, but I was pleasantly surprised because they also offer gluten-free options! I had the Torchiara as a starter with my gluten-free panigacci, while my partner had a Tris. Then we had a wonderful feast of panigacci (of course mine were gluten-free) with stracchino, cold cuts, and grilled vegetables. We couldn't miss out on the dessert, panigacci with Nutella. The staff were really kind and super attentive and helpful. We had a great time. I highly recommend it! 💗
