I am very sorry to write this review, but the complete lack of tact from the lady at the cash register left me very upset. I ordered a gluten-free sandwich to take away. Once opened, I realized that it was not gluten-free, so when I returned to the place and asked if my impression was correct, I found myself in front of a person who, with mathematical certainty, claimed that I had never said that the sandwich should be gluten-free, without ever considering the possibility that it was a mistake. At that point, I pointed out to her that I had had a similar issue when ordering from Glovo before and that mistakes can happen. At this point, the lady repeated that the situation was impossible because she was certain that my call was for a regular sandwich and not a gluten-free one. The fact is that I didn't expect a refund or a sandwich exchange, but treating a visibly annoyed customer, who would remain without the possibility of eating, in this way is simply not acceptable to me.

The best gluten-free sandwich I have ever eaten, the bread is incredible, there are options for fries, appetizers, hamburgers, in short, a paradise for celiacs. I leave the photo that speaks for itself... P.S.: I've been there several times and I haven't felt bad at all, super TOP.

A pub I have visited several times and can finally review. The location is very unique, pub-themed, well-maintained and with unique features. The staff is very friendly, especially notable is the warm welcome and kindness of the waitress who, upon realizing there was a woman among us who is pregnant and gluten intolerant, was very attentive and professional regarding her needs. The menu is quite classic for a pub, but the ingredients are fresh and of good quality at honest prices. The fries are delicious. I will definitely return.
