Vegan House has great potential but is not fully utilized; I only found a couple of dishes suitable for celiacs. It could offer many more gluten-free dishes by substituting soy sauce with tamari, adding rice noodles, a rice bao, and the game would be done. For these "gaps," I gave three stars. However, if you're in Dresden and craving something fresh and vegan, Vegan House is the right place. Friendly and helpful staff, nice location with outdoor space, plants, and a pergola.
