Long-leavened dough with a very low percentage of yeast, perfect cooking, thin in the center with a high and airy crust, top-quality ingredients. If you enjoy Neapolitan-style pizza, this is the right place. The pizzas are both classic and gourmet, and you can also request gluten-free options. The first and second courses, including meat and fish, are excellent; the menu features a few dishes, always following the pizza philosophy, which means great raw materials and good cooking. The prices are in line with a kitchen that uses high-quality ingredients but without excess, ensuring a good price/quality ratio. The venue has recently been renovated, and the new decor adds more 'warmth' to the interiors. Excellent service, very well organized and quick.
