Very good gluten-free Panigacci!

Not very satisfied... Saturday night, place full okay... but the noise made conversation impossible. The service was questionable: those who ordered the grilled meats waited over an hour. The location was a bit dated with a door directly into the dining area. The temperature was -2 outside, and every time someone entered or exited, a cold draft came in. The panigacci and cured meats were not the best. It seems that the gluten-free panigacci are very good, however, I have reservations about contamination: the waitress asks if she should serve the cured meats separately, but they are the exact same ones for those who are not celiac. I hope that the basket used to serve the panigacci is for exclusive use.
