It's not an AIC restaurant but it has a choice of some dishes, all very good. They are very attentive to gluten-free options! Top food.

Intrigued by the pictures of the dishes and the excellent reviews, we decided to try this restaurant/grill, but alas, our expectations were quite disappointed, unfortunately on several fronts. At the time of booking, we requested a high chair for a 15-month-old child, but when we arrived, they gave us a non-compliant high chair for a still small child (as the only one they had was already occupied), so we ate uncomfortably while holding the child who could have slid down, and we couldn’t even secure him because there were no belts. The waiters were polite but a bit clumsy. We sat down and asked for a compliant plate and cup for the child, but they didn’t have any, so we took and handed over plates, glasses, and cutlery to the waiters to avoid breaking them and for the child’s safety. Despite this, they charged us for the cover for the child, which is absurd in my opinion. We moved on to ordering; they brought us the QR code for the menu, but after countless failed attempts, we tried to call a waiter, but being relegated to the corner outside, no one paid attention to us, so we had to get up to ask for a menu or a QR code that was not just aesthetically pleasing but functional too. Finally, we ordered. We tried various dishes, including different tartares, sushi, carpaccios, arrosticini, a sliced meat dish, and a first course for the child. The picanha carpaccio was fabulous, but unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the rest... the quality of the raw ingredients is evident, but regarding the tartares, the taste of the meat was barely noticeable as the seasonings on top were too overwhelming to let you savour and enjoy the flavor of the meat. The arrosticini were half done with very small portions, even the sliced meat was small. For the child, we ordered a first course with zucchini cream, stracciatella cheese, and guanciale (that is what the menu stated); there were only a few tiny pieces of guanciale on top as decoration. I tasted it and sensed a flavor of pepper, so I asked the waiter if the dish contained pepper. Initially, I was told no (especially because there was no mention of pepper as an ingredient on the menu), but shortly after, the waiter returned confirming what I had already noticed, stating that the pepper was present in minimal traces. I strongly advised him to include it on the menu to avoid problems with intolerances and allergens. We continued our dinner and tried again to call the waiter but after several attempts, nothing; I got up and went inside to fetch a spoon for the child. As we were about to finish dinner, I sadly noticed that no one had come to ask if everything was okay, unlike the table behind us, where the owner himself had visited several times, as he said “regular customers,” making it seem like there were A-list and B-list customers. With such treatment, it is difficult to maintain clientele or, at least, I speak from my experience, to gain new customers. We would have liked to try the desserts, but a bit frustrated by the course of the evening, we preferred to leave. The bill was in line with the product, except for the very small portions, in my opinion, and despite the various issues and we being charged, I reiterate, even for the cover for a 15-month-old child, we were not offered even a bitter at the cashier nor refunded a euro. The total bill was €121.00 for two people and one child. They said goodbye with "see you next time" to which I responded sarcastically, "surely..." and thus this experience concluded, not the best. We certainly will not return, it’s a pity because the place and the food could have potential but fall short in many aspects, especially in dealing with customers. FOLLOWING YOUR RESPONSE: No one asked for a bottle/bottle warmer/baby feeding kit, just a simple plastic cup and a stable chair so the child wouldn’t fall off; if you had told us that during booking, we would have brought it ourselves. More than sarcastic, in the end, you seemed to be simply very embarrassed by the various mistakes.

This restaurant/grill is very welcoming and well-maintained. The menu offerings are interesting and you can enjoy excellent meat accompanied by a touch of innovation and freshness. The raw materials are excellent and the presentation of the dishes is very careful. The cooking of the meat was excellent, in line with our requests. The wine list is interesting. The environment is refined and the service was fast and attentive. The staff was kind and professional. They also have gluten-free options and, much to my son's delight, uncontaminated fries and gluten-free bruschetta bread. The restrooms are clean and well-maintained. There are several tables outside for those who want to eat al fresco and a nice air-conditioned room for those who prefer to eat indoors. Inside, the temperature is perfect and the background music is well-chosen and at an appropriate volume for relaxation and pleasant conversation. The price is well related to the quality. Fully satisfied with the evening.
