Gluten-free sandwich, very good!! As for the French fries, they clearly expressed that contamination was possible since the fryer has separate baskets, but it uses the same oil, so it is impossible for celiacs to eat the fries.

Negative review Definitely disappointing experience. First of all, I strongly advise removing this place from the Gluto app, which indicates where to eat gluten-free. Over the phone, we were told that gluten-free options were available, which is why we chose to go there. However, once we arrived, we were given a long speech about contamination, the fact that they couldn’t guarantee gluten-free, and even the kitchen conditions. At this point, honestly, a place either offers a gluten-free option or clearly states that they cannot guarantee it. It is not correct to indicate the place as suitable for gluten-free and then, once arrived, put the customer in a completely different situation. But the worst part was the food. In a place specialized in fish sandwiches, I expected something else. We were offered a packaged sandwich, cold, with a decidedly unpleasant taste and a strong “chemical” aftertaste. There was practically only the smell of octopus inside. Really disappointing for a business that makes the fish sandwich its specialty. The service was also terrible: the Fanta arrived at the table in a sealed bottle, and we had to call the waiter to have it opened. We also asked three times for a glass of Prosecco, waiting quite a long time before receiving it. In conclusion: terrible service, gluten-free management absolutely to be revisited, and food quality well below expectations. If you are celiac, I cannot recommend this place as a spot to eat gluten-free, especially if indicated by a specific app to find gluten-free venues. As far as I’m concerned, a very disappointing experience and definitely not to be repeated.

The place is renowned for its gourmet sandwiches with fish: sea bream, octopus, tuna, salmon. I notified them that I have celiac disease, and the waiter informed me that they could also make a gluten-free sandwich for me. I ordered a "mareapulp" (octopus sandwich): they brought me two sandwiches. The sandwich was very good: the ingredients are of high quality, and the sandwiches, in my opinion, were from Schär, they were very good. We celiacs can also choose the poke bowls. I highly recommend this place, friendly and attentive staff, and a clean establishment.
