After planning our vacation in Palau, ice cream lovers, we immediately looked for an ice cream shop that would interest us. We found the GELATERIA of dreams!!!! A nice display case with so many flavors (including for vegans/intolerant) and not just the usual fruit flavors. My children tried the poke ice cream, which was very good and they liked it, I took a cup with 3 flavors in which I put their semifinalist flavor from the contest, really excellent. The staff is very kind and friendly and if I ever had to come back from Cagliari to Palau, we would definitely go to visit them.

One of the most amazing ice cream shops I've ever tried. Despite the crowd, the staff was well-trained and incredibly kind. Fast service, suitable for those intolerant to lactose and gluten, and also for anyone who wants to indulge in ice cream even while on a diet (they have low-calorie ice creams). A special mention for the Secret peanut flavor, wonderful, delicious, rich, and tasty, not to mention best chocolate and Sardinian ricotta with honey. We went back to Palau specifically for this ice cream shop, which deserves all the success it already has. Should we think about a franchise in the north for us as well? Anyway, if you're passing through Palau, it's absolutely worth trying.

We spent 5 days in Palau and we went daily (at least once… most times twice!) to this amazing Gelateria. The women working there are amazingly kind. They have 8-10 gluten free and vegan flavors, including pistachio, hazelnuts and chocolate aside from fruit flavors. They also take good care of using clean tools when celiac disease is mentioned, they also offer gluten free cones and a vegan whipped cream made in heaven. Absolutely recommended and worth the queue!!

I returned several times during my vacation to this ice cream shop. Being gluten and lactose intolerant, they were able to satisfy my taste, and the girls are very careful to change the scoop as well. I found a lot of kindness, attention, and good ice cream ☺️ The vegan cream was also very good!

Finally, an ice cream shop that remembers food intolerances and allergies. It’s a real joy to enjoy great ice cream without a stomachache! The staff and clerks are very kind and helpful. Highly recommended💯🤩

Good gelato with a decent selection of flavors... also available are sugar-free and gluten-free alternatives. Personally, I tried the lemon, pompia, and myrtle flavors... very good pompia, unique myrtle. Perhaps in terms of prices, this is the best gelato shop in Palau.

ZERO VOTE, uninformed staff about what celiac disease is. Upon entering, there is a nice sign 100% gluten free, but at the counter I'm informed that of the 20 available flavors, only half are gluten-free, only those with fruit and chocolate. Towards the end, the final blow: "You can't take this flavor because it's under the cones with gluten, while the flavor next to it is okay". I recommend you train your staff, since you are registered with the AIC. Response to the owner: It is not enough to say: it was late, so at the end of the evening, etc., we do not have a sign saying 100% gluten-free (the sign is still quite large and mentions gluten-free, vegan, and more). You are registered with the AIC, so your duty is to reassure those who qualify as celiac because it may be that the customer found you through the app and traveled various kilometers to come to you. You did not manage to do this with us, we hope you can do better with the next customers.

MY ICE CREAM ENDED UP IN THE BIN!! When I asked what is gluten-free, the girls hesitated giving answers like "wait, I don't remember if this one is gluten-free, yeah, you can have this one..." and so on. In the end, I chose a flavor and was told "no, you can't have this one because it's gluten-free but it's under the cones with gluten, so better not." In the end, I chose another flavor (also under the cones with gluten) and they gave it to me. The girls at the counter should understand that being celiac is not a trend... and having this kind of carelessness can ruin people's vacations. I won't be going back!!!!!!

Must have gelato! Gluten free, lactose free and some of the tastes also sugar free! So everyone can find it’s own ice cream. I had chocolate and pistachio gf vegan gelato. And the chocolate was so delicious! Smooth, tasting like a cocoa mousse. No bitterness… wow! Give me more! 3 euros for one cup.
