Good morning, I visited this place on a Sunday in February with relatives. We were welcomed by the maitre elegantly, the venue was nice. The food was all good, but for me who is writing, I had informed the maitre over the phone that I am celiac and lactose intolerant. The maitre reassured me completely, saying, "there's bread, the crumb," which meant that if there was some stuffed fish, there wouldn't be any problems, the frying, etc. They started well but then they REALLY DISAPPOINTED me. After the appetizers, they remembered the bread that I didn’t need anymore, a good toasted sandwich bread, but in an appetizer course where others had bread underneath, I didn’t have any, despite the maitre reassuring me completely. When it came to dessert, the maitre knew there was a celiac and lactose intolerant person, but he didn’t take the initiative to prepare a dessert for me in advance; others had desserts prepared by them, but the waiter offered me sorbet 😬. The maitre intervened when he heard that I didn’t want the sorbet and prepared a crepe for me. I want to say and clarify to the maitre that I had mentioned the issues, and he should have been prepared for everything; at least I would have been amazed, but not shocked, especially since I paid a FORTUNE.
