I am very sorry to write a negative review for this place but I feel obligated to. Before listing the various mistakes on the menu, I wanted to mention some positive aspects: The cleanliness of the establishment is excellent, no ifs or buts about it. The courtesy of the staff is undoubtedly great. But let’s move on to the criticisms, some quite serious: We should be at a fast food place, but after 7:00 PM there is very little that’s "fast"—long lines. Some people are willing to wait even 20 minutes, but then they don’t come back. The second issue is a serious oversight (which I called a mistake) in the menu; there is a sandwich labeled "Vegan." Before discussing the easily solvable problem, I want to explain what "vegan" means according to Google: "Vegans eliminate all animal products from their diet." And indeed, there is MILK in the bread. I am not a vegan, but my brother unfortunately cannot consume foods that contain milk and certain types of flavors. What I am saying is quite serious; I contacted them twice, and both times they said, "the bread contains milk." This is highly shameful, and I say HIGHLY because hundreds of people who may have food intolerances eat these foods unaware that there is LACTOSE in the bread. I will update this review until things change (for better or worse). (I HAVE REPORTED ALL THIS TO PETERLAND ITALIA)
