I felt really bad. I've never had a pizza like that; I know that being celiac for 23 years means I understand certain things, but I have never encountered a RAW pizza before, and it should never happen. Honestly, the staff was rude, and the prices were excessively inflated (not like the pizza, apparently). I do not recommend it.

I went to I Damiano with friends to eat pizza; I also tried the 'gluten-free' option and I must say it was delicious, just like the 'normal' pizzas! The professionalism and kindness of Gaia, who served us, are unparalleled! Highly recommended, we will return with reinforcements!!!!

It's not my usual habit to discredit a service like this, but unfortunately I find myself writing this review because sometimes with social media people tend to trust blindly. Honestly, it’s yet another restaurant inflated to the stars and for an award like best pizza in the world, you don’t expect certain things. The following pizza is undercooked, completely undercooked, I understand that gluten-free requires different times, but in 24 years of celiac disease, I have never experienced this and it should never happen to receive such a product! I add that I understand that it can happen one evening to have a bad day, but even the service is not redeemable. There was a rush to eat because they had to clear the table, even before finishing the appetizer the pizzas came out, I’m not saying one should take the trouble to stay for hours because I understand the need for a free table, but I do not tolerate rudeness. I sincerely hope this is something that happened and will not happen again, but if you are celiac, I strongly recommend another restaurant.

Excellent doughs, we tried both the pizza with normal dough and the one with the raised edge, both were great. They also offer gluten-free dishes and pizzas. The pizzas are baked just right without getting burnt spots. As a dessert, I tried the molten chocolate cake, good... although the center wasn't perfectly liquid compared to the rest. I will return to try other delicacies. Recommended.
