We found this boutique hotel on Instagram. We wanted to treat ourselves for the long-awaited vacation, we dreamed about it and I must say it exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed by José Antonio, a charming and hospitable man who left Madrid to live the dream of moving to Lanzarote, restoring this ancient house that is over two hundred years old and still houses the oldest library on the island. The room is breathtaking, with a wonderful bathtub at the entrance. The decor is philological, balanced, and has a taste that is never banal. The breakfast, what can I say... fresh fruit, delicious Greek yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade pastries, and a selection of sandwiches and other delicacies (with attention to gluten, my partner is celiac). And then, I mention it last but perhaps it should be first, the friendliness and kindness of the staff. First of all Ana ♥️ who took care of my partner who unfortunately had a bit of a fever upon arrival, and Riomar who was super attentive and delicate in the following days. What can I say, I wish this hotel remained a hidden, elegant, and delicate place, but they deserve too much a review and a share. So thank you José, Ana, and Riomar 😘 You have been impeccable!
