Wow. I have never experienced something like this. SO many options, even late in the morning when I was worried they might run out. Sweet options like never before, and savoury too. My non-gf friends also loved the food. A MUST do if coeliac in Madrid. Staff also so friendly and helpful, and speak great English

Sana Locura in Spain is now a certainty that never disappoints! Certified gluten-free bar. Very kind staff who are also very attentive to other allergies a celiac person may have! Super cozy place filled with delicious products. It has locations in various cities throughout Spain. The breakfast in Madrid at Sana Locura was an excellent "Welcome!" Highly recommended!

Incredible gluten free bakery!! The mini pasteles sin crema and the chicken curry empanadas were particular standouts but everything was truly top notch. The staff were also very friendly and the owner even served us fruit cake for free after we mentioned we were visiting from abroad. Cannot recommend this bakery enough and looking forward to coming again whenever we’re in Madrid next!

Coming from a well traveled foodie, this is without question the best gluten free croissant and pañuelos I’ve had in the world! A not to miss spot for anyone eating with gluten allergies or sensitivities. The cappuccino was delicious as well. The pastries were so good we walked out with a box of others to try on our trip home to the US. I only wish we had found this place sooner as we would have been every day!

I have never ever seen so many gf options as i have in this bakery. The vibe was chill with an amazing playlist. I had a delicious pistachio croissant and a latte. Will definitely return when in Madrid

Incredible croissants! Generally, the pastry shop is very good. Absolutely a must-try. Nice place and friendly staff. You can pay by card. They also have bread, empanadas, cakes, and desserts.

This would be an incredible bakery even if it was glutenous and full of dairy!!! But to have such delicious treats that are gluten free is amazing. Many are also diary free and I have missed pastry so much! They did not disappoint, the baked goods taste as good as their gluten, dairy full counterparts. Amazing. So so worth it!!! Lovely place to sit too and lovely atmosphere with friendly staff.

A place that has an oven and pastry shop and exclusively makes fresh gluten-free products. Loaves and bread of all kinds, croissants, rolls, puff pastries, bocadillos, empanadas, cakes, cookies—there's everything and more. We had a spectacular breakfast. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid and following a gluten-free diet. In fact, if you can find accommodation nearby, you would eat everything!

Bellissima Bakery gluten free. You can find lots of delicious sweets and also a good selection of breads of all kinds and savory options (like empanadas). It's worth having a nice breakfast here.

One of life's pleasures is "food" and here for a celiac, it's all fantastic in Florence and various parts of Italy. There is a bakery-pastry shop called STARBENE SENZA GLUTINE and it is amazing; it has surpassed all my expectations. Congratulations to those who created all of this, I love it!
