Considering that in Croatia many places know little about gluten, the staff at this place is quite knowledgeable. They also have gluten-free pasta, but we refused to eat "penne alla bolognese" or "penne carbonara" in Croatia 😅. We opted for grilled calamari (they specify that they do not guarantee 100% contamination-free, but they only cook fish on the grill) and boiled potatoes (not fried because they specified that they also cook other things in the same fryer). We trusted them and everything went well. The fish was delicious!!!
