Excellent food, the pizza and bread dough was very soft and flavorful. The place is 100% gluten-free, so there is no risk of contamination. The desserts are also highly recommended. There are a total of 3 locations; this is the main one, then there’s the pastry shop and the one dedicated to takeout, all within a few meters of each other. Highly recommended, if I had the chance I would definitely come back!

All the gluten-free dishes on the menu, from sandwiches to donuts... we could have used a little bistro table outside to sit while we waited for the food for 15 minutes. If they had just a small fryer to prepare two portions of fries and nuggets, we could have used another fryer to help them. The girl who served us was lovely and warm. They don't accept cash, only card payments. The food overall was delicious 😋

And not just for serving the option, but also a great restaurant for everyone, honoring the Dalmatian culinary tradition. Don't worry about gluten-free, feel free to enjoy a convenient and exceptional dining experience near the restaurants of the Old Town that milk tourists' money, whether you're dating or not! Superb and tasty food, friendly staff, and exceptional dishes! Sweet potato!! We had pizza, drinks, and dessert. Everything was 5 stars.

I think it's one of the few places in all of Split where someone with celiac disease or gluten intolerance can relax about their health. Excellent products made on the spot. The ham sandwich was delicious and well-seasoned. The muffin was one of the best I've ever had, nice and moist, perfectly filled, and not overly sweet, making it easy to finish... in fact, I wanted to have another one. The waffles were excellent, and considering that gluten-free options are hard to find even in Italy, they are highly recommended. You can tell they are not an industrial product. The place is small and there's no seating, but 300 meters away there's always another Salt which is also a restaurant besides serving breakfast. If you want to sit down, you can go there even if you bought the products from this location. The staff is very courteous and attentive to customers. Top-notch!

Australian here! The most incredible gluten-free bread I've ever had in my life, and the meats and fish are so tasty! I've come here two days in a row, and I wish I could take it back with me! I can't wait to come back again one day! Absolutely fantastic!!

As a celiac, Salt has been a lifesaver! I wasn't sure about asking many restaurants if they offered gluten-free due to the language barrier, but I could rely on Salt instead. We had pizza one night and sandwiches the next day for lunch, both very tasty and the service is quick; they give you a buzzer that alerts you when your food is ready. The gluten-free desserts were fantastic too!
