Service not welcoming at all, you enter and they say "sit wherever you find a place," you find a spot and it takes 20 minutes before someone comes to take the orders. No options for those who are lactose intolerant.

The Mozart coffee shop is renowned for being one of the oldest in Salzburg, so we decided to have breakfast here. Unfortunately, the pastries did not meet expectations at all; the Mozarttorte is nothing more than a chocolate sponge cake alternated with whipped cream with dye; gluten-free desserts are limited to a chocolate cake, which is 1/4 the size of the others (yet the price remains the same...). There are definitely better alternatives in Salzburg!
