Great ice cream shop. They also have gluten-free options. It deserves more than 5 stars even for the ice cream cakes and semifreddi, but unfortunately I can only give 3 stars because the staff working there have no idea whether the ice cream they serve is gluten-free or not. At first they assure that it is, then they retract saying that it isn't, then they seem confused and call the owner. I'm not talking about a single experience but about many unfortunately, and I've also made this clear. There needs to be a way for those serving the ice cream to distinguish which contains gluten and which does not. A symbol or a label would suffice, perhaps. Or a bit of training for the staff since there is also confusion with the scoop being contaminated and then reused. I really hope for an improvement.
