Exceptional structure, marvelous thermal baths, absolutely the best and most refined. Negative notes: total absence of controls in the adult area, people strolling around with smartphones despite the ban being indicated at the entrance. Another completely negative point was the total absence of gluten-free dishes in the restaurant. The staff was unprepared and very rude. For someone with celiac disease, it is impossible to eat anything; there wasn't even packaged bread or croutons available. The restaurant staff was arrogant, rude, and incompetent.
