The pizza is simply delicious, with high-quality ingredients that stand out for their freshness and flavor. Furthermore, as someone who is lactose intolerant, I was impressed by the attention and care the staff showed towards me. They promptly offered lactose-free alternatives and ensured that all my needs were met. The dishes proposed by the kitchen were also very tasty and enjoyable. We ordered takeaway pizzas to be delivered at 9:30 PM. Around 10 PM, I called to inquire about the delay; I was told they were running late. I pointed out that it is unprofessional not to inform customers of the delay, and in response, I was told that they can't notify everyone in this situation. Delivery happened at 10:35 PM. The pizza might be good, but it arrived in an unacceptable condition; the gluten-free option isn't worth it, and the entire experience was ruined by the huge delay. At the very least, you should call to apologize.
