I tried the crocchè; they were good and average. The pizza was very thin, with a not very pronounced crust. I found the dough rather heavy and dense, not particularly soft or light. However, I had a good impression regarding the attention to gluten contamination.

They have set a new standard for gluten-free pizza for me, undoubtedly the best I've ever eaten. Impeccable service. A modern and welcoming environment. I will certainly be happy to return. Brodo and Tiger are considered a heritage of humanity.
