They have 4 stores located around the city. Strictly gluten-free and also many lactose-free products. You can eat something for lunch as well. They offer poke, salads, and sandwiches. Clean, quality products. Amazing cakes: lemon pie and muffins. Unfortunately, they don't have croissants. Delightful staff!!!

A great place to have a gluten-free breakfast. There are many pastries and sweet options to choose from. The atmosphere is relaxed, natural, and very pleasant.

Good for a safe breakfast with plenty of choices! Very nice atmosphere, the cake was exquisite but, without milk and dairy products as well as gluten-free, the selection is not very wide. I appreciated the Vegan line (clearly gluten-free) and the line with sugar substitutes, perhaps for those who are diabetic as well as celiac. I will come back.

Be warned of eating here. My friend has celiac disease and she wanted a sandwich for the next morning before our very early flight. She took one bite and it seemed off. THE ROAST BEEF SANDWICH WAS MOLDED!!!! We discovered that the sandwich was already past the cad (best before use) when sold to us which is crazy. They don't seem to check their products at all on any dates and that's a health hazard for sure. She already took a bite just now and I hope she is going to be OK on our flight. I am extremely upset and pissed off at this place. Do not go here. The cakes are mid too.

Do not eat at this place. The one star reviews slow were not lying.I thought the previous reviews were lying so I decided to try it for myself. I am gluten sensitive and so is my daughter, so we decided to have a breakfast pastry and a small coffee on one of our days here in Madrid. The girl behind the counter spoke to us over her shoulder to tell us to wait. No welcome or question about what we would like- to eat in or take away. She ignored our presence for 15 minutes and then told us to take a table. We sat down for 20 minutes being ignored but patient and watched as she preceded to sit and take the order of customer who came after we did. One lady behind us send back her food for being cold and said they had to re do it. I took that as my sign to leave. I can feel and see the disrespect but I did not want to put with bad food on top of everything else. It was clear that the management of this place does not have a good grasp of customer service or the restaurant business. So we took our business elsewhere. Be Warned.

Good gluten-free sweets, slightly high prices but being gluten-free is normal.

The idea of a cozy place with guilt-free treats was very appealing. The place is cute, the service was not good, and when we went at 11, they were out of 80% of the menu. We were left wanting a cheese and ham sandwich and a croissant. The banana smoothie was delicious, and the toast was good.

Good lunch. I expected to find a wider selection, but overall, both the bread and the dessert were really excellent. The sandwiches are recommended. I will return.

Limited selection: the desserts are good. Useful for a snack but not for a main meal: apart from the desserts, they only have sandwiches and pre-made salads. Disappointing.

Dearest! An espresso (not good by the way) costs €2.50. As for the food, it's overrated and priced excessively. What a shame, because being celiac, it's not easy to find a café for breakfast.

A completely gluten-free pastry shop that became a staple of our mornings during our stay in Madrid! Located on a side street off Gran Via, this pastry shop offers a variety of truly delicious sweets. We tried the chocolate cake with jam, which was moist and flavorful, and several muffins (carrot, red velvet, and coconut) that were all fantastic. The staff was very kind and friendly, so much so that on our last day they even gave us some cookies as a gift, knowing we were about to leave. The variety of products is really remarkable, and in addition to the sweets, they also offer savory options. I tried a cheese and ham sandwich that was great, although the one with salmon didn't convince me entirely: a bit too dry and with too much bread compared to the filling. The only slightly less positive aspect is the value for money regarding the savory dishes, which is slightly high but understandable given that they are gluten-free products. Nonetheless, the quality of the sweet food and the kindness of the staff make it a place I highly recommend for anyone looking for gluten-free options in Madrid.

One day apart, two completely different experiences. We found this restaurant during our research for great gluten free breakfast and rode 50 minutes just to eat there. We went on a Friday morning and the food was AMAZING! We both ordered the pastrami on the gluten free bread and ordered an omelet as well- it came with a basket of fries and it was crispy on the outside, soft and warm on the inside… the fries were perfectly cooked. In addition, the service was great! I think our server was Alberto (sorry if I got it wrong) and he was so professional and made our breakfast a great experience. In addition we ordered two cakes, also excellent! Well, we loved it so much that we decided to go back the next morning (Saturday morning)- we ordered the exact same thing, which was the vegan pastrami and, as you can see on the picture, there is a distinct difference between the two orders. The pastrami bread was not toasted or pressed, did not come with arugula (as described on the menu and accompanied in the sandwich the previous day) and no fries (again, as written on the menu). I took a bite anyways and it was COLD! The items on the inside were literally COLD! Cheese? Cold and not melted. Not room temperature either… it was from the refrigerator to the sandwich cold! I honestly could not believe the difference and as much as I hate complaining, I had to say something to the server (there were two female servers working this day). Upon talking to the server, I explained that it was cold on the inside, it’s missing ingredients clearly stated on the menu and it was missing fries- she just explained there is a “new cook” and they cook the meals differently. Nonetheless she offered to take the sandwich back to remake it. While waiting we ate the omelette, which tasted as BAD as it looks… runny, undercooked. The sandwich comes back, this time with fries but I was surprised to see it was the same sandwich, lol, with my one bite that I took missing from it- I ate it, I paid for it and tipped the waiter but I honestly felt so disappointed and confused. How did it get so bad overnight? How can a restaurant possibly allow two completely separate plates to leave the kitchen? COLD? I wish I never went back the next day and preserved the wonderful memories from the previous day. Lastly, I have 150+ reviews and it’s rare that I write a negative one. I recommend this place based on my experience on Friday morning but really hope that this restaurant trains their new cooks better to set them up for success. Pictures attached: Pastrami with fries from day 1 and omelette. Last two pictures are from the second day :(

Great bar especially suitable for celiacs. It has a whole menu of gluten-free desserts. The desserts are really good, and the cupcakes decorated with flowers in the display window are beautiful. It's a place suitable for vegans as well. The location is nice, but unfortunately, the place is not very large. The Santiago cake is very good.
