Good evening, I went to this restaurant... ordering the gluten-free... but they weren't attentive. I got contaminated with something I couldn't eat... just like I was there or I vomited... reporting to the counter that anyway the dessert wasn't gluten-free... the cashier didn't reply, just looked... the service is terrible despite the fact that I had told them gluten-free they were giving me metal cutlery. I'm sure the guy had cleaned the table without cleaning his hands asking him. For plastic ones... He even made a face at me... attention to those who are celiac. Because I went to the hospital... and I still have symptoms... I don't feel good about this, it requires a bit more attention. It's not a joke. Because we don't eat gluten-free for fun... it's an allergy......!

Terrible and poorly managed venue, staff constantly yelling. I also called for home delivery of the sandwiches, which obviously arrived almost 1 hour late, with the wrong flavors and cold. Despite being one of the few gluten-free options in Afragola, I strongly advise against both dining in the place and ordering for home delivery.

Very well-stocked place with a variety of products and also gluten-free options. Sandwiches and pastries are equally good and can be paired with different types of milk, customizable to one's liking. The hygienic conditions definitely need improvement.
