Pizzeria in the center. The gluten-free pizza is very good. I'm not sure about cross-contamination for the rest of the food like the platters and side dishes.

Update 2025: they no longer make gluten-free pizza... The best gluten-free pizza I've eaten in recent years. The base is made by a laboratory in Arzachena, and the cooking makes it crispy like a regular pizza. Good and sought-after ingredients. They are not AIC certified but know how to handle those with celiac disease. I will return in the coming years. Thank you!

Terrible, but I truly advise against it! We all had pizza, mine gluten-free, and one thing I can say is it shouldn't even be called pizza! Soon the cutlery was breaking because it was wooden. They forgot the ingredients because they were barely visible, and what little there was was of poor quality compared to the other pizzas, which were a bit more loaded and decent! Not to mention that I started eating when the others were already more than halfway through their dinner! Unpleasant and unempathetic staff! 6 pizzas, 2 medium beers, 2 small, 2 waters, 2 desserts, and 5 coffees for €167!!!! For me, it's plain theft! For heaven's sake, forget it. Alright, we are in Santa Teresa di Gallura... but you shouldn't be so thievish. Run away when you see this sign: Spano's pizza
