We spent a few days of vacation in Diamante, a wonderful holiday, enriched by this delightful pastry shop, also equipped with gluten-free products. My daughter, who has celiac disease, was able to have breakfast every morning with quality gluten-free products, mini pastiera, gluten-free croissants filled with pistachio cream, but the dessert she liked the most was definitely the SICILIAN CANNOLI... delicious. Coffee cream and cedar sorbet, also gluten-free. Everything was truly delicious, both with and without gluten. The owner was very kind and attentive to the topic of celiac disease. We will definitely return.
