Small ice cream shop (the lab is a few doors down) but what matters in an ice cream shop is the variety and creativity in flavors, all gluten-free. The sorbet is delicious, but you should give up using a straw (you don't need it). It's a pity that for flavors without milk (for those who unfortunately cannot tolerate dairy aside from gluten), there are really only 2 or 3 options.

This ice cream shop has been a great discovery! The fruit flavors are really delicious, which is something I find hard to come by nowadays, and you can tell they are made with few quality ingredients! I also really liked the creams, and you can tell they don't use mixes. I also discovered that everything they serve is gluten-free. It will definitely be a regular stop.
