Great pizzeria in the center of Granada. I ate the pizza and highly recommend it; all dishes are 100% gluten-free, delicious, and the recommended beer is excellent. For those interested, they also have gluten-free beer with 0 alcohol.

A must-visit discovery in the heart of Granada! We had the pleasure of dining at La Nonna Carmela, a cozy restaurant located right in the city center, next to the beautiful Cathedral of Granada. The experience was impeccable from the start: as soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and offered a house appetizer consisting of typical olives and a tasty Russian salad, a much-appreciated gesture of welcome. We then started dinner with the croquetas, typical Spanish croquettes reinterpreted in three varieties: porchetta, ossobuco, and goat cheese with spinach. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with surprising and well-balanced flavors. Next came the tagliatelle with grandmother's ragù: exceptional. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the sauce rich and enveloping, with an authentic, genuine taste, just like home cooking. We couldn't resist trying the pizza as well: we chose a quattro stagioni, and we were impressed. As Italians, we can say without hesitation that it was exceptional: light dough, well-risen, and a mix of good quality ingredients. All accompanied by two glasses of Tinto de Verano, refreshing and pleasant, ideal for a summer evening. An extremely important detail: the restaurant is completely gluten-free, which makes La Nonna Carmela an excellent and safe choice even for those with celiac disease, without sacrificing taste and quality. Finally, a special mention to the staff, who were always smiling, helpful, and attentive. The kindness and professionalism contribute to making this place truly special. Highly recommended for those looking for authentic flavors, a warm atmosphere, and sincere attention to the customer... and to intolerances! ❤️

Everything gluten-free, a paradise for someone intolerant to gluten. Pizza, pasta with the option to choose your preferred pasta. This is the third time today that we’re coming back, fast service and very attentive and kind waiters. You can eat either indoors (I particularly don’t like air conditioning) or outdoors. Clean and fragrant bathroom... It's always crowded during peak hours, so I recommend booking. Otherwise, I don't think it will be a problem. Thank you!

One of the best gluten-free pizzas I've ever had: quality ingredients and great dough. The staff was very polite, and the place is in a nice square in the city center. Highly recommended. I will return to try more if I have the chance.

What a good pizza!!! I’m not celiac, fortunately, but out of curiosity, I wanted to try the gluten-free pizza from this Italian restaurant! I ordered a Pistachio pizza… what a spectacle: the dough was super flavorful considering it has no gluten, the mortadella with pistachio was good… super aromatic; the burrata is one of the best I’ve tried abroad, as someone from Puglia, I can recognize good burrata and I was surprised by the deliciousness and creaminess of what I found on the pizza, and the pistachio crumbs for the finishing touch!!! So good!!! On top of that, the service is excellent and efficient, the staff always has a smile and is super friendly!! I walked in hungry and walked out with a full and happy stomach!!! I will return
