Great location, they are very knowledgeable about celiac disease and carry out preparations in a separate area. There is a dedicated menu. They are not AIC members but they are familiar with it.

Historic and spacious location, attentive and welcoming staff. Very appreciated the gluten-free pasta. Excellent tartare as well as the tortellini in broth. Price is reasonable.

I had lunch with my sister who is celiact because I had read that they have gluten-free options. Before choosing this restaurant, I exchanged a few emails with the staff to understand how the gluten-free was managed and whether the pasta was the usual industrial penne or handmade. Via email, it was assured to me that it was homemade pasta, so I decided to book to celebrate my sister's birthday! We booked lunch at 1:15 PM, and when we ordered, we were told that they had run out of gluten-free pasta and had the usual penne. This caused frustration for someone who often faces difficulties with eating, as I had pointed it out several times. In the end, the very kind waiter managed to offer us tagliatelle (industrial but better than penne which isn’t the best with truffle). We also ordered a platter, which they accompanied with gluten-free piadina for her. For dessert, we had the gluten-free caprese, which was very good, and the tiramisu with gluten for me. The location is nice, with a lovely little garden inside. The staff, in general, were a bit agitated among themselves and not very warm upon our arrival. However, the waiter was nice to make us feel comfortable. The dishes are good, but they should try to be more precise with gluten-free. The restaurant is located in the city center. Prices are good.
