During the vacation, I went there three times. Aside from the very beautiful and evocative location (by the sea on the promenade of Es Pujols), they show great sensitivity and attention to the topic of celiac disease. The waiters are very knowledgeable and know how to recommend gluten-free dishes. They told me that they obviously do not have a double kitchen but are able, with care, to propose dishes for us celiacs. For example, they recommend grilling fish instead of baking because they cannot guarantee that the second method avoids contamination (and their grilled catch is perhaps one of the best I have ever tasted). They also have gluten-free baguettes that are still packaged and heated in the oven (finally, not the usual cold sliced bread!). Super super approved.
