A gluten-free pizza that does not disappoint!

very good gluten-free pizza, the only flaw in my opinion is that it should be cooked a bit more

Great gluten-free pizza and great gluten pizza. Convenient and efficient place in the center for an evening in Santa Teresa. Attentive and kind staff. I didn't give 5 stars just for the absence of chips on the menu.

very good gluten-free pizza

Given the average standard of restaurants and pizzerias in Santa Teresa, quite depressing, we can consider this experience passable. The prices, at least, are decent. We had two pizzas, one regular and one gluten-free. The latter, unfortunately, follows the usual clichés: a gluten-free rubbery frisbee, adorned and seasoned in an attempt to hide its utter lack of quality. The regular pizza was more... normal, although quite chewy. The service was good and fast, as was the establishment, which was very well kept. Would we go back? No, but as mentioned at the beginning, we found much worse.

We had booked a table for 10 people well in advance, but upon our arrival, it was not ready. The owner, with unbelievable excuses, tried to cover up their disorganization by making us wait 15 minutes outside the venue. We felt like we were being taken for a ride, as the reservation seemed pointless. They set us up in a very warm corner of the restaurant, to the point that we ironically thought the pizza dough would cook itself. After about an hour, they tried to make amends by bringing us a small fan that only blew hot air. The wait for the pizzas was an hour and a half, an excessively long time. Furthermore, we had requested two gluten-free pizzas, but almost all the ingredients were at risk of contamination. It doesn’t make sense to offer a gluten-free option if you don’t have a separate preparation line. When we pointed out this issue, the owner responded rudely, without reason, even though we were right. In summary, the service was far from impeccable. The only positive note was the pizza, which was very good, even though we waited a long time for it.

We ate gluten-free pizza for celiacs with their own dough, what can I say, superb, an exceptionally good treat. We also had the sliced steak, very good. They are not AIC certified but they are very attentive. Give it a try, you won't regret it. Well done and many compliments. Honest prices, quick and courteous service.
