I went today, excellent gluten-free pinsa, tasted by my boyfriend who also liked it even though he is not celiac.

Good marinara pinsa. Various choices of gluten-free dishes. Good farinata with pesto. I recommend lemonade as a drink.

Great variety of gluten-free options, very good gluten-free pinsa, truly delicious farinata, excellent drinks. The quality-price ratio is very good (also the quantity of food is very satisfactory). Probably the best place I have eaten here in the 5 Lands. Next to the church, it is not in the center, so it's not too crowded. I highly recommend it.
