Excellent ice cream shop!!! I needed to make a gluten-free ice cream cake for my daughter's graduation party. It wasn't easy, considering I am not from Urbino and we organized everything over the phone, but the owner of the gelateria was great at understanding the needs and requests. The cake was delicious, aesthetically pleasing, and especially for celiacs.

I was in Urbino for a few days and tried three different ice cream shops. Raffaella surpassed everyone by a wide margin: amazing artisanal ice cream, flavors rich in taste and not just the usual traditional ones, and excellent value for money. The cone is one of the best I've ever had. I was pleased to notice the attention the girl at the counter paid while preparing a gluten-free ice cream for the customer in front of me. Furthermore, although it doesn't personally affect me, it’s nice to find such inclusive places; definitely worth mentioning. Well done!
