The staff is very careful about contamination, washing their hands before making the gluten-free cone and using clean scoops. Additionally, they take the gelato from a location far from where it was first scooped. They have a wide variety of gluten-free flavors, including cheesecake with berries, chocolate, crème brûlée, cherry crumble, and many others.
