All pizzas can be made with a gluten-free base (+3€) but they are cooked in the same oven as regular pizzas. As an alternative, there is grilled meat, but it is next to the pile of flour where the pizzas are rolled out. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it to someone with celiac disease or gluten allergy. If you eat gluten-free pizza without health issues, it’s perfectly fine as a pizzeria. PS: The waiter asked me what level of allergy I had and assured me that their customers have never felt unwell 😂😂😂 madness.
