Among the best gluten-free pizzas ever eaten. They offer an all-you-can-eat service both for lunch and dinner for both celiacs and non-celiacs. The menu includes a mixed fry and the possibility to make all the pizzas on the menu gluten-free as well. Excellent service, very helpful staff, and award-winning pizza makers for gluten-free pizzas.

If I could give it a 0, I would. We just left. A total disgust from the really poor service with disorganized table management to the food, which is an insult to real food. Gluten-free pizza was stiff and burnt, leaving black stains on the hands, while the friarielli were probably spoiled or poorly kept, with a horrible and disgusting taste. Classic pizza dough was sweet, and there was absolutely no salt in the dough. But the worst was the pizza for the little girl. The first pizza arrived raw!!!! RAW. RAW DOUGH. Are we joking? The second pizza had virtually invisible toppings. Now the reverse—TOTALLY BURNT. WHAT A SHAME.

Gluten-free pizza and dairy protein! I live in the North, I went to visit my family. On social media, my sister and brother-in-law saw this pizzeria that makes gluten-free dough, so we ordered takeaway pizza on-site. The girl at the cash register was very kind, friendly, and especially patient with me! Since I'm not used to choosing from a wide range of dairy-free dishes and 'creams' (which they make themselves)! After several suggestions from the girl, I chose the pizza with potatoes, sausage, and a stuffed crust with pistachio cream... very good pizza, maybe it needed a bit of oil or sausage sauce, because being white and not having mozzarella, it was a bit dry (only for this reason I didn't give 5 stars). At Christmas, I will be back at my mother's house and I will surely order pizza from them. I hope to eat it there... to savor it fresh. My family members said that their pizza was also very good. The branch is the one in Marano.
