there are no gluten-free things, only things that naturally do not contain gluten (e.g., rice)

Great pizzeria, good dough well-leavened and well-cooked. I enjoyed the pizza with mortadella and crushed taralli with pistachio granola. The appetizers are also good, both mixed fried and burrata. They also offer gluten-free pizza and focaccia, with good dough and cooking. For meat lovers, the beef rib steak is very tender in quality and perfectly cooked medium, at a very reasonable price compared to other locales. The draft red beer is good but a bit light. The dining room is not very modern but nice, and on Saturdays it can get quite crowded, not suitable for those looking for a private atmosphere. Friendly staff, average prices, and the service charge of 10 percent on the total can be a bit excessive if the bill is high; I recommend switching to a fixed cover charge, which is more reasonable. There are several parking options nearby. I generally recommend it.
