The best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten! The place is right in the center of Forlì, with a very nice 'industrial' style ambiance and the staff is extremely friendly, with very quick service! The menu is vast and in addition to classic and innovative pizzas, there are various fried dishes and equally appealing desserts that reinterpret traditional favorites! A good portion of the pizzas, both classic and special, can also be made gluten-free (with all necessary precautions) and the dough is exceptional (not greasy, not dry, not heavy, and well-leavened) making it hard at first glance to distinguish which is the gluten-free pizza!

The location is very picturesque as it combines modern renovation with the presence of very striking frescoes on the ceilings of the various rooms where one can sit down to enjoy pizza. Pizza with a thick and soft crust, which can be ordered gluten-free, is a very positive aspect. But the most striking thing is the variety of choices, and all the ingredients are of top quality. Visually, the pizzas are very appealing, and even more so in the stomach because they do not feel heavy and are very tasty. The cost of a pizza is slightly above average, but I think it is justified by the refinement of the combinations of products and their quality. The staff is young and friendly, unobtrusive, and ready to accommodate every request.

Excellent Neapolitan pizzeria, risen from the ashes of the flood and reopened in the historic center of Forlì. - The location is the strong point of the venue, located within one of the historic buildings in the center, with a stunning view of Piazza Saffi. - The pizza, with a nice soft and significant crust, is offered with both classic and gluten-free dough. - As a celiac, I rate the availability and quality of their gluten-free pizzas with the highest marks, and I definitely place them on the podium of the best pizzas available in the area. - Thanks to the collaboration with AIC, the venue offers celiacs and intolerant individuals the assurance of a truly gluten-free pizza, prepared entirely in a dedicated space and with an exclusive oven. - The attention given to avoid even the slightest contamination is definitely an added value. - The gluten-free pizza is practically identical to regular ones, both in appearance and taste, making it virtually indistinguishable (dough tasted by those who can, not by me obviously!). - The gluten-free pizza menu is definitely more limited compared to the regular menu, but it is continuously expanding, and this does not affect the judgment, as the quality of the proposed pizzas is really high. - The dough of Marì is not the usual gluten-free dough provided just to offer an alternative to those with dietary issues, but it shows that there is research and commitment behind this dough to provide an alternative with the best possible quality. - Some variants of beers and desserts are also available gluten-free. - The price of the entire menu is higher than that of a classic pizzeria, but after all, location and quality come at a cost. - The staff welcomed us very kindly and was available and knowledgeable throughout the evening service. - A very useful and practical thing is the possibility to book a table through the platform available on their website, thus choosing date and time in complete autonomy and speed. - Back to the pizzas, in general, almost all are gourmet, with particular and unusual toppings, but all with extremely selected and high-quality ingredients.

The pizza is simply extraordinary, with a wide choice of toppings and meticulous attention to the composition and quality of the raw materials. Light dough on the stomach. Stunning and original desserts. I also tried the vegan and gluten-free options, truly delicious. The atmosphere is a mix of hospitality and refinement, the frescoed ceilings and the view of the square in Forlì are truly an experience. The staff is super prepared, attentive, and kind. In short, it was exactly what we needed in the historic center; it has now become a fixed stop.
