What a gem this restaurant is! Excellent food, excellent staff, excellent atmosphere, excellent service, and excellent prices! We tried many dishes from the menu during our visits while staying in Sea Point, and we even met the owner, Mark. I've never tried gluten-free alternatives of such high quality, especially the bagels! There was even gluten-free beer available. I also remember one of the waiters, Elvis. Very good, but the others were also good; unfortunately, I only remember a few names.

What a wonderful place! After struggling to eat in the last few days in Cape Town (I am celiac), it was fantastic to find a place where I could eat safely. The food was delicious and the menu was extensive. I had the salmon and eggs Benedict and it was the best croissant I have ever had since my diagnosis. It was hard to choose. I hope to come back before I leave. Thank you!

Super delicious breakfast with a wide selection! The vegan bagels for breakfast are fantastic! We came here for breakfast three days in a row because we liked it so much. According to the menu, all dishes are also 100% gluten-free.

My husband and I attended the high tea here, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the host is a real gem, genuinely warm and welcoming. The commitment and care they put into their high tea are truly impressive. Each course was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious; you can see and taste the love that goes into every detail. I have also eaten here several times and often order online, and the quality is always exceptional. We are truly fortunate to have a place like this, especially one that caters so thoughtfully to people with gluten allergies. The food is fantastic, flavorful, and prepared with care. They excel in every aspect, and the prices are incredibly reasonable for what you get. A truly exceptional place that combines quality, warmth, and great value, highly recommended!

Fabulous experience. Excellent food (from savory to sweet), professional and very kind staff. In addition to lunch, we purchased some delicious desserts and wonderful bread. A paradise for someone with celiac disease. They also prepare meals and picnic baskets that can be ordered and picked up.

I had organized my birthday tea at Off the Gluten Path and the experience was so much better than I could have ever imagined! The atmosphere was enchanting, the food fantastic (as expected, Iām a regular Uber Eats customer, bagels are my absolute favorite). A special thank you to Troy, the manager, who is always so kind and patient! Everything is perfect in this place completely dedicated to gluten-free. Coming here, you will have the assurance of not taking any risks if you are intolerant or even allergic. The croissants are excellent (even though we are French and rather demandingš). The presentation of the dishes is very refined and of excellent taste. The servers are particularly kind and helpful. I want to emphasize that this place is not reserved for gluten-free people and the prices are not higher than elsewhere. Come without hesitation!

The entire team was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. Every desire of ours was practically fulfilled without being intrusive. We were particularly impressed by the amount of knowledge about gluten-free nutrition: here you feel taken seriously and in good hands. The CEO perfectly capped off the evening with his positive charisma and enthusiasm for his work. Itās clear that the work here is done with passion and dedication. As someone who cannot eat wheat, this has been an extraordinary experience for me. I was very pleased with the food and the wonderful service. All the staff were super friendly. Even though Sea Point is a bit far for me to drive every day, I will definitely try to return at least once a month. Furthermore, I had a beer and a donut (both of which I haven't had in over a year and a half), so it's worth the drive š¤ Looking forward to the opening of a branch in Table View!

I am absolutely impressed by the incredible staff and food here! The atmosphere is fantastic and Troy, the manager, has such a warm and welcoming personality that really enhances the overall experience. The shop's aesthetic is bright and uplifting, making it a joy to visit. The food is exceptional, especially the roasted vegetable salad, which tastes just as amazing as it looks. The savory options and gluten-free treats are phenomenal; I find myself coming in every day for a sweet treat!
