Maximum safety for those with celiac disease, no risk of contamination, because there is a dedicated kitchen and oven for gluten-free; the staff is trained, skilled, and friendly. Family-run management that offers guests a welcome from another time, extremely rare especially in Bolzano. An excellent takeout service is also available.

I ordered a gluten-free pizza at home; timely delivery and surprising quality: margherita with fries, a strange combination but one from which I can tell if the pizza is high quality. Light dough, well cooked and actually digestible, really hard to find such good gluten-free. Everything perfect, no problems after the meal, just a healthy satisfaction. Recommended, I will also try the place. Update: I also tried the place, finding it a bit small and spartan but still valid.

After discovering they made gluten-free pizzas, I went for the first time to this pizzeria located on Via Palermo in Bolzano. What can I say, the best pizzeria in Bolzano. Unfortunately, there aren't many pizzerias in Bolzano that offer gluten-free options, but even though they have only been doing it for a short time, they are the best. For the first time, I also tried the Nutella-filled calzone, and only we celiacs living here can understand the happiness all of this brings. (The gluten pizzas are also very, very good.) I will return soon, but what I liked the most was the atmosphere. It feels like being at home; the owner is very welcoming, nice, but at the same time professional, treating you as if you were at home. The products are of excellent quality, and the prices are average, considering the quality-price ratio. Very satisfied because there is a customer attention that many places have lost, and it's clear they care about their work and ensure impeccable service.
