Only compliments for this ice cream shop, which also offers gluten-free options. The guy washed his hands before preparing the gluten-free cone, took two clean scoops, and got the ice cream from the bottom of the tub. And last but not least... they're also kind and polite. Naturally, the ice cream is delicious!!!!

Gelato shop in the heart of S. Teresa di Gallura with really excellent quality. Almost all flavors are gluten-free, but what impressed me was the attention and preparation of the staff: when I asked for information about gluten-free options, the young man who served me explained everything in detail, and in the meantime, he washed his hands and took a new clean scoop (and each flavor already had its own), taking the ice cream from the part that had not yet been touched and contaminated. Kudos and super delicious!
