They have gluten-free pistoccu, culurgiones, and seadas available. Everything is excellent. I also tasted the piglet, which is delicious.

A restaurant beyond expectations! Set in a dreamlike context, perhaps one of the best hams ever tasted! Culurgiones also gluten-free! Seadas with bitter honey at the top!!!!!!
